Residence is maintained via yearly renewal; the 2-year requirement for citizenship is met.

After 2 years, citizenship is applied for through the federal court.

Is citizenship really possible in 2 years?
The constitutional rule is 2 years of legal residence. In practice the court process may add time; proper preparation is key.
Do I need to speak Spanish?
Basic communication and ties to the country are expected; there is no strict formal exam, but the process is in Spanish.
Can my family also naturalize?
Yes; spouse and children follow the same path via dependent residence. A child born in Argentina is automatically a citizen.
