Can I combine multiple properties to hit the threshold?
Yes — multiple properties in the same region may be combined. Across regions, the threshold applies separately.
How much is property tax?
Annual ENFIA ranges from €2–€13/m² depending on value. Properties over €1M incur an extra 0.15–1% supplement.
Can non-EU citizens buy property in Greece?
Yes — open to Turkish, Russian, Chinese, American and other non-EU buyers. Small restrictions apply in some border areas.
